Ingredients
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 oz semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp instant coffee
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
1 teas vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1/2 cups sliced almonds
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. Micro wave chocolate, butter and instant coffee on HI for 2 minutes until butter is melted Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Beat in eggs sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
