Ingredients

4 pork chops

1/2 cup salt dissolved in 2 quarts of water

2 tbs. paprika

1 tbs. cumin

1 tbs. oregano

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

dissolve 1 cup of salt in 2 quarts of water, add pork chops and let it sit, refrigerated for 4 hours. combine paprika, cumin, oregano, and cayenne and rub the pork. grill the pork chops on a medium hot grill for 5 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted into pork reads 145 degrees.
