Ingredients

3/4 Cup Canola Oil

1/4 Cup Molasses

1 Cup Sugar (plus extra for rolling)

1 Egg

2 Tsp Baking Soda

2 Cup Flour

1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oil, molasses, sugar and egg until well combined Add dry ingredients and mix until everything comes together place in fridge for 30-45 mins to firm dough roll into balls then roll in sugar bake at 275 for 20 mins
