Ingredients

3 cups Flour

2 cups Sugar

1 cup Cocoa (sifted)

1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Baking Soda

2/3 cup Oil (vegetable)

2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 teaspoon Vinegar (white, cider, or white balsamic)

2 cups Water

1 cup Powdered sugar

1 tablespoon Milk

2 tablespoons Corn syrup

5 drops Food coloring (green? red? - you choose!!)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt , and baking soda in a bowl

Mix oil, vanilla, vinegar, water in a seperate bowl

Add oil/vin/van/water to dry ingredients and mix

Grease cupcake pan (no liner)

Fill cups 2/3 with mix

Bake 14 mins

Separate sides of cake from pan with knife / cool in pan 10 to 15 mins

Turn cakes upside down on cooling rack / press gently to level /cool completely

Combine pwdr sugar/milk/syrup

Drizzle small amount of “potion” on flat bottom of cakes -leave cake edge for lip
