Ingredients

Roast or stew meat

Canola oil

Worcestershire sauce

2 tall cans of tomato juice

1 large & 1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables

2 potatoes

Pepper

Garlic salt

Preparation

  1. Cut roast into cubes.

  2. Brown the meat in a large stew pot with a small amount of oil sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Empty the tomato juice into the pot.

  4. Add the frozen vegetables to the pot.

  5. Cut up the potatoes & add them to the pot.

  6. Add pepper & garlic salt to taste.

  7. Add another couple of good squirts of Worcestershire sauce to the pot.

  8. Heat to boiling then reduce heat to medium low & simmer for hours.
