Ingredients
2 Apples–Peeled/sliced
5 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs-beaten
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 dash salt
Preparation
Slice apples–saute in butter in pan that can go into oven
remove from heat when soft
Combine milk, flour, 1 tsp. sugar, salt, eggs–pour over apples
Cook on top of stove for about 5-7 minutes
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cooked pancake
Put in pre-heated 500 degree oven for 8 minutes
Alternative: To make individual apple pancakes–put cooked apples in individual tinfoil pans–Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Add topping bake at 500 degrees for 6 minutes
