Ingredients
1 stick Butter
6 piece Chicken Thighs cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups Rice
1 packet Lipton Onion Mix
2 1/2 to 3 cups Hot Water
Preparation
Melt a stick of butter in a 13x9 inch pan. Season chicken pieces and dredge them in the butter. Set aside on a plate. Pour 1 and 1/2 to 3 cups of rice in the pan. Dissolve 1 pkg. of Lipton Onion Soup mix in 2 and 1/2 to 3 cups of hot water. Pour over rice and stir. Place the seasoned chicken pieces over the rice. Cover with foil and bake at 375-400 degrees until water is absorbed and chicken is browned (approxmately 1 and 1/2 hours). You may remove the foil the last 15 minutes
