Ingredients

32 Medium tomatoes peeled and cut up

6 yellow onions chopped fine

3 pods of hot peppers chopped fine (Chipotle)

2 tsp salt

3 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp allspice

2 cups sugar

1 cup cider vinegar

Preparation

Add salt, spice, sugar and vinegar to chopped vegetables; boil until sauce is thick. Stir to prevent sticking. cook down on low.
