Ingredients
3 cups Old fashioned oats (not quick)
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoon Pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Dried cranberries
Preparation
Toss the first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl.
In medium bowl, whisk together canola oil, honey, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Pour wet over dry mix and stir until evenly coated.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread the mixture on to parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake 20 min, stir, then bake another 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Break up into pieces and add cranberries (you can use whatever fruits or nuts you like).
