Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese

4 ounces butter

1 cup sugar

5-6 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups milk

12-16 ounces wide noodles, cooked

Optional:

1 cup raisins, plumped in warm water

2-3 apples or pears, sliced and cooked with 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Preparation

While noodles are cooking, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and blend. Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk, and blend together.

Butter a 9"x13" pan. Add noodles and pour in mixture. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 degrees for five minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.
