Ingredients
10 Potatoes peeled washed and cut into cubes
5 eggs boiled
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup yellow mustard
1/4 Cup dill salad cubes
1 onion finely chopped
Preparation
Boil potatoes until tender, but not too soft. Drain Set aside to cool. Chop the boiled eggs. In a large bowl combine the eggs, mayo, mustard, onions and salad cubes. When potatoes have cool gently add them in. Best served at room temperature.
