Ingredients
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 can tomato paste
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pound ground beef
Peccorino Romano cheese
Some chopped green pepper ( or 3 teaspoon or sugar in a pinch)
1 cup water
Salt and pepper
1 onion, large, chopped
1 pound spagetti
Preparation
Brown the ground beef with onions and salt and pepper. Drain fat. At the stew tomatoes, cheese, tomato paste and water. Add cheese is desired. And spices and simmer sauce about 20 to 45 minutes. Stir frequently, serve over spaghetti.
