Ingredients

4 ear Grilled corn (1 can of corn if not available)

1 can Black beans, drained

1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped

3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 clove Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Salt & Pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon Onion powder to taste

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste

1 piece Avocado, cubed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except avocado. Refrigerate. Add avocado when ready to serve.
