Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast cubed into 3/4-1" pieces

6 TBSP olive oil

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 heaping TBSP chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Combine spices and olive oil in a large bowl. Marinate chicken covered in refridgerator for 1 hour turning occasionally. Prepare skewers with 6-8 pieces that are just touching but not squished together. Lightly oil a grill pan over medium high heat, grill or broil cooking evenly about 4-5 minutes
