Ingredients
32 ounces Mozzarella
12 ounces Italian Bread Crumbs, fine
4 pieces eggs
1 liter Vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut mozz into sticks
Whisk two eggs
Dip sticks in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs
Freeze for 10 minutes
Again, dip sticks in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs
Freeze 10 minutes
Fry in oil at rolling boil in batches without crowding pan
Eat immediately
