1 1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
3 eggs
3c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soad
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 c peeled tart apples
1 c walnut 2 tsp vanilla

preheat 325 butter/flour 10 in tube combine first three, blend well add eggs one at a time add dry ingredients fold in apples, walnut and vanilla glaze 3 Tbs butter 3 Tbs light brown sugar 3 Tbs sugar 3T whipping cream 1/4t vanilla
