Ingredients
1/2 C green peppers chopped
1/2 C onions, finely chopped
1 C celery, chopped
1/2 C pimentos, chopped
1 10oz can mushroom soup
1 4oz can mushrooms
1 C mayonnaise
8 T Butter
1/2 t salt
1/2 t lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 C Milk
3 C cooked rice
1 C mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 Lb claw crab meat
1 Lb shrimp 21-25ct, cooked

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray 3 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Saute the green pepper, onions and celery in butter.
- In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese. Add the sauteed vegetables and mix well.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Serve with Lemon wedges.
