1/4 cup Vegetable oil (Small)

3/4 cup Buttermilk (Small)

1 cup Flour (Small)

1 teaspoon Baking powder (Small)

1/4 teaspoon Baking soda (Small)

1/4 teaspoon Salt (Small)

2 Egg whites (Medium)

2 Egg yolks (Medium)

1/4 cup Vegetable oil (Medium)

1 & 1/3 cups Buttermilk (Medium)

1 & 1/2 cups Flour (Medium)

1 & 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder (Medium)

1/3 teaspoon Baking soda (Medium)

1/3 teaspoon Salt (Medium)

3 Egg yolks (Large)

1/3 cup Vegetable oil (Large)

1 & 1/2 cups Buttermilk (Large)

2 cups Flour (Large)

2 teaspoons Baking powder (Large)

1/2 teaspoon Baking soda (Large)

1/2 teaspoon Salt (Large)

Preparation

Beat eggs whites until stiff, then set aside.

In separate bowl, beat egg yolks.

Add vegetable oil.

Add buttermilk.

Sift dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt), then add to buttermilk mixture.

Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

Spoon onto heated waffle iron and bake until lightly browned.
