Ingredients
Mung bean pasta (or any pasta)
Zucchini
Carrots
Onion
Celery (optional)
Garlic clove or garlic powder
Coconut milk (optional)
Bay leaves (powder)
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Chop onions into small pieces and saute. Add crushed garlic clove. Grate or use food processor to grate zucchini, carrots, celery. Saute with the onions. Add spices and coconut milk to taste. Cook pasta and add sauce to it.
