Ingredients

1 package Mung Bean

1 splash Sesame Oil

1 clove Garlic

1 stalks Green Onion

Preparation

Boil Mung Beans 1-2 minutes

Immerse in ice bath

Drain, squeeze water out

Mix Sesame Oil, chopped garlic, salt and sliced green onions

Stir in Mung Beans and refrigerate
