Ingredients
1 package mushrooms
1 handful grape tomatoes, quartered
2 green onions, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 small bowl of kale, chopped
1-2 teaspoons capers
Stock, chicken or vegetable
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
Sauté the mushrooms and white onions in oil for a few minutes. Add the kale and some stock, stir. When the kale and mushrooms are mostly done add the other ingredients with a little more stock. Stir, cook until done. Deglaze with a little more stock.
