Ingredients
1/4 cup Dry Mustard
3/4 cup Vinegar w 1/4 C water mix
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs beaten
1 cup Milk
Preparation
2 quart pan combine all dry ingredients
Add beaten egg and milk-little at a time—stirring constantly with pan over lower heat–until hot
Add vinegar and water, stirring constantly until thickens
Simmer several minutes, stirring all the time
