Ingredients
1/4 cup Dry Mustard
3/4 cup 3/4 C Vinegar mixed with 1/4 C water
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
Preparation
In a 2 quart pan combine all dry ingredients, then add beaten egg and milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly with pan over low heat, until hot. Add vinegar and water, stirring constantly until thickens. Simmer several minutes, stirring all the time.
