Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrop
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
- Melt together the salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, vanilla extract and peanut butter, in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well combined.
- Meanwhile, combine oats, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds in a large bowl.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over dry ingredients; stir well to combine. Spread mixture out evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
- Cool, then stir in the raisins before storing in an airtight container.
