Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter/margerine
19 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
Preparation
Mix melted butter with graham crackers Press into pie plate Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Mix cream cheese and sugar well Add vanilla, and 1 egg at a time
Reduce oven to 300
Pour filling into graham cracker crust Bake for 1 hour
Cool, and top with fruit filling of choice
