Ingredients

1 lb. Brown Sugar

2 cups Sour Milk (or half/half)

2 Eggs

2 1/2 cups Flour

2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

2 cups Chopped Walnuts

Creamcheese

Preparation

Mix sugar, sour milk, and 2 eggs. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and add it to milk ingredients. Finally add nuts. Let sit for 20 minutes, then beat well.

Fill only one-half of cake pan, if cake plan is small, amount is good for 2 cakes. Bake at 325 F (163 C) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
