Ingredients

6 tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped

4 cloves Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Dried Summer Savory

1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

3 teaspoons Fresh Mint Leaves

1/2 teaspoon Ground Smoked Paprika

4 teaspoons Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoon Chili Garlic Paste

Preparation

In food processor/blender place chopped red peppers, garlic, cumin, summer savory, cinnamon, mint, smoked paprika, lemon juice & garlic paste. Process until smooth.

Add 4 tablespoons olive oil and process.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and pinch of sugar.

Marinade protein for up to one day (at least 1 hour)…last 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cook on the grill or broil.

NOTE: Flattened chicken breast on Foreman grill are superb
