Ingredients

32 ounces cream cheese – softened

8 ounces sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine – softened

6 each eggs

3 TBLS vanilla, Amaretto, Grand Marinier, etc.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease 9-inch spring-form pan well. Line outside of pan with foil. Spring-form pan needs to be placed in water bath in large pan.

Cream cheese and butter well. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs and flavoring and mix well.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Place pan in larger pan filled half full of water.

Bake 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or until golden brown.
