Ingredients

1 package Golden Birthday Cake Oreos

8 ounces Cream Cheese

2 tablespoons Yellow Cake Mix

2 tablespoon Sprinkles, add more for garnish

2-1/2 cups White Chocolate Candy Melts

Preparation

In a food processor, chop up Oreos, including the filling, until a fine crumb is produced. Pour into a large bowl.

Add to the bowl of crumbs, the yellow cake mix, sprinkles and cream cheese. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll filling into 1" round balls.

Place balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

Dip truffles into white chocolate, garnish with sprinkles .

Place in fridge to set chocolate for 10 minutes.

Take out and enjoy!
