Ingredients

2 cups sugar

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk

1 stick butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup peanut butter (use Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter for a nut-free version)

3 cups quick cooking oats

Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter in large saucepan until butter melts. Boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and peanut/cookie butter. Once full integrated, quickly stir in oats. Place heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow cookies to cool, then enjoy!
