Ingredients
2 cups Heavy whipped cream
9 ounces condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the mixture on high speed till soft peaks are formed. The mixture will be have consistency of soft serve .Do not over beat as cream will turn into butter.
Pour the mixture in a loaf pan. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve with warm sauce or toppings of your preference.
