Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 pound Potted cheese (or substitute ½ cottage cheese/1/2 ricotta cheese)
1/2 cup Sour cream
¼ pound Butter
1 package Egg noodles (wide)
1/2 cup Golden raisins
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Use 1 tablespoon of the butter to grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
Cook noodles in large pot of boiling water and drain.
Mix noodles with butter to melt. Add eggs and all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Add enough milk to moisten.
Bake until brown on top with crispy edges.
