Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/2 C veg oil
1/2 t salt
12 oz Jiffy Corn Bread
8 1/2 oz cream corn
1/4 t baking powder
8oz Sour cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375
Mix eggs,veg oil,salt,corn bread mix
In separate bowl fold baking powder,into sour cream,set aside
Fold Sour cream mixture into corn bread mixture Pour into 8 x 8 Prepared Glass pyrex
Bake for 45 minutes until lightly browned on top
