Ingredients
4 packages ( 8 oz each) Cream Cheese, room temp
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nutella
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and line an 8" baking tin.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until combined. Add eggs 1 at a time. Then add vanialla and salt. Blend until well combined. Pour filling into the pan.
- Warm the nutella in the microwave on high for 10-20 seconds. Spoon nutella on top of the batter and gently swirl with a toothpick.
- bake 40-50 minutes, or until the edge of the cheesecake is puffed but the enter is still wobbly and wet looking. Let cool completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to cut, cut squares with knife dipped in hot water.
