Ingredients

2/3 cup sugar

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled

4 eggs

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup whole hazelnuts, chopped

9-inch pie crust

Preparation

Combine the sugar, butter, eggs, maple syrup, and hazelnuts. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat top 325 F. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
