Ingredients

11 green bell peppers

2 large globe eggplant

4 small zucchini

2.5 cups grated parm cheese

3 eggs

3.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

pepper

sm can of hunts tomato sauce

Preparation

peel eggplant and zucchini and dice very small for stuffing. dice a half of bell pepper and add to stuffing bowl. fry this up in as little oil as possible.

cut rest of peppers in half and seed them.

let fried stuffing cool then add the black pepper and tomato sauce, cheese and breadcrumbs and eggs to it and stuff peppers. grease baking pan with a little oil and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. do not add oil on top of filled peppers.
