Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup margarine – softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 each eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oats
1 package butterscotch morsels
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375*F.
Combine dry ingredients. Cream margarine, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375*F for 7-8 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheet and then remove to racks.
