Ingredients
1/2 bag Egg Noodle
1 Roasted Red Pepper
8 pieces Pickled Artichoke Hearts
1 cup Kalamata Olives
4.5 ounces Mushrooms
16 ounces Chicken Broth
2 packets Mediterranean Tuna
1/4 cup Margarine (for topping)
1/2 cup Garlic & Herb Breadcrumbs (for topping)
Preparation
Cut artichokes, peppers, olives
Mix all ingredients except toppings into baking dish
Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes (until noodles are tender)
(Topping) Melt margarine in microwave
(Topping) Mix breadcrumbs into margarine
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over baked casserole & broil until golden brown
