Ingredients

4 onions sliced

4 tablespoons butter

1 tin consommé

1 tin water

dash garlic salt

salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon flour

dash of tobasco

Preparation

Fry onions until transparent Add rest of ingredients and then simmer adding the tablespoon of flour to thicken. When hot put in oven proof bowl and add croutons and cheese. Broil until nicely brown
