Ingredients

2 tbsp each butter and orange marmalade

1 tbsp grated lemon zest

1 cup julienned carrots

2 cups fresh green beans, lightly cooked

Preparation

In saucepan, combine butter, marmalade and lemon zest. Heat until melted and sauce bubbles. Simmer carrots and beans until vegetables are tender. Drain Drizzle Sauce over vegetables.
