Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
3 cloves garlic, pressed
12 ounce pork tenderloins, 2
3 pinches Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients in baking dish. Add pork and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Drain pork well or wipe it dry so it will not smoke. Reserve the marinade. Place pork on baking sheet and season generously with pepper. Roast until cooked through, about 20 minutes, or check with a meat thermometer.
