Ingredients
COCKTAIL:
2 oz gin
2 oz rosemary simple syrup (below)
2 tbl orange marmalade
1 oz fresh lemon juice
ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:
2 c water
1 c sugar
1/4 c fresh rosemary
Preparation
COCKTAIL:
- combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- shake for about 20 seconds.
- pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
SIMPLE SYRUP:
- combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
- remove pot from stove, cover and let contents steep for 10 minutes.
- strain out rosemary.
- store in the syrup in a covered jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
