Ingredients

COCKTAIL:

2 oz gin

2 oz rosemary simple syrup (below)

2 tbl orange marmalade

1 oz fresh lemon juice

ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:

2 c water

1 c sugar

1/4 c fresh rosemary

Preparation

COCKTAIL:

  1. combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. shake for about 20 seconds.
  3. pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

SIMPLE SYRUP:

  1. combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. remove pot from stove, cover and let contents steep for 10 minutes.
  3. strain out rosemary.
  4. store in the syrup in a covered jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
