Ingredients

3 pounds Green Beans, ends removed

1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

1/3 cup Red wine vinegar

1/3 cup Oriental Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon Prepared mustard (hot)

2 teaspoon Sugar

2 teaspoon Garlic, smashed

1/4 cup Green Onions (Scallions), finely chopped

1/3 cup Soy Sauce

Preparation

Blend together the sesame seeds, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, oriental sesame oil, prepared hot mustard, and sugar

Then, add the smashed garlic, and finely chopped green onions.

Cook the beans very briefly, and drain. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking.

Pour sauce over the beans.

If desired, decorate with a dice red or yellow pepper.
