Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 Tbsp dark soy sauce

2 Tbsp dry sherry

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

1/2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey

1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp five spice powder

1 Tbsp hoisin sauce

dash Tabasco

1 Tbsp ketchup, tomato sauce or tomato paste

2-3 pounds pork spare ribs

Preparation

Marinate overnight or longer. On a rack over some water, roast ribs at 350 for one hour and 400 for 15 minutes.
