Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 Tb orange juice
1 oz diced apple
8 g walnut pieces
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup fresh berries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except berries and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add the berries and enjoy!
