Ingredients

1 handful Rice Noodles

1 handful Tofu

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon Oil (Sesame)

3 tablespoon Soy Sauce

3 tablespoon Peanut Butter

3 tablespoon Sriracha

Preparation

Bring water to a boil and cook rice noodles until soft

Cut tofu into small cubes

Heat oil in pan then add eggs and tofu

Mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, and sriracha (ratios/amounts can be changed)

Drain noodles and add to pan

Add sauce and stir
