Ingredients 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons corn starch 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel 6 tablespoons lemon juice 6 tablespoons water 6 egg yolks, slightly beaten 1 stick butter, cut up Preparation medium sauce pan, stir together sugar and cornstarch with a wisk.
