Spanish Rice Shelton Recipe
Ingredients 6 cups Cooked rice 1/2 pound Onion 1 envelope Sazon 1/2 teaspoon saffron 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika 1/2 cup Crushed tomatoes (I used Italian roasted) 4 tablespoons Olive oil 2 cloves Garlic Preparation Chop onion and cook in a large chef’s pan in 2-3 tablespoons oil until tender and golden Add rice and stir, cook until beginning to be fried.
