Smoked Salmon Chilli Herb Flower Salad Recipe
Ingredients 200 -300g Smoked Salmon Small hand full of fresh herb flowers, eg. Garlic chives flowers, chive flowers, onion flowers, chilli flowers. A few sprigs of Chervil 6 Teaspoons “salsa di peperoncini verdi” (see previous recipe). A few drops of chilli vinegar (preferably purple). Preparation Slice the smoked Salmon into strips and arrange on a plate. Scatter the flowers and herbs delicately over the Salad.
