Watermelon Shandy Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients 5 cans watermelon ale 1/3 c corn syrup 1 1/4 c sugar 1/4 c + 1-2 T lime juice juice from 1 lemon 1/2 c watermelon juice zest of 1 lime Preparation Boil 4 cans of beer and reduce volume by half. Keep an eye on it, it will boil over super easy! Once reduced, add sugar and corn syrup and boil until sugar is dissolved.
